A view from my back porch…

  In true Old Mule style, we are hammering out the beginning of a new year here on the farm. This old hollow is sounding out the first of many changes all with a eye towards the traditional ways of country life. Our rich historical history fuels the winter fires that watch over the past as it guides a steady pace for today. Any change around here is only to launch a better understanding of the old ways of farm life as a means of teaching a way of life all but gone in modern times.
