The Old Mule

A view from my back porch...

  Just sitting here enjoying a nice calm morning to start off the beginning of another great day around the old farm. All is just right to take in the early morning sights not to mention the sounds of life as each takes form bringing with it that peaceful slowness as the rest of the world gears up for speed and fast living. I reckon most are trying to be content in the fast lane, but for me, a rough dirt road brings me full circle in thoughts of the best of the best. Content is surely a blessing summed up in happiness all the while wrapped up in summer showers from above. That is life as it grows across the ole farm not in rows, but in meaningful understanding that in everything a greater purpose awaits around every corner.........................Dan
